~Decreasing Infant Mortality~
Live Well, Be Well CCC program provides on-going community referrals and resources after birth of baby. Theses referrals and resources consist of: clothing, employment, housing, food, health, social groups, social events, and much more. Celebrating 16 Years of Service in the Community
As Our Daily Bread strives to meet the needs of our mothers, we are building new relationships throughout the community. While new partnerships are in progress, we would like to announce our new partnership with UniteMKE. Our Daily Bread and UniteMKE are collectively helping mothers to deliver healthy babies and have better birth outcomes.
In January 2021, Our Daily Bread entered into another partnership to help increase healthy birth outcomes. We would like to announce another new partnership with WeRise Doula Project (AABN). The program will provide training and postpartum service to mothers. Our Daily Bread will have our own personal Doula. Jasmine is one of our former PNCC/CCC client; she has returned to help mothers successfully breastfeed and have a positive delivery.
We welcome Jasmine Kimbrough as Our Daily Bread's personal Doula.
