Prenatal Care (PNCC)

Live Well, Be Well PNCC provides assistance to expectant mothers who may experience high-risk pregnancies.  Mothers are monitored with regular home visits, directed to needed services such as education, medical, WIC, housing, etc.  The goal of PNCC is for mothers to be well established and equipped with baby items before the babies arrive.

A Better Us Support Group

The goal of A Better Us Support Group is to offer AODA/Mental Illness support and provide referrals to mothers. The ultimate goal of the support group is to reduce infant mortality and help mother’s combat social challenges. Support Groups are facilitated by AMRI's Counseling. Group meets every 2nd & 4th Monday, 6pm-7pm. Participants must sign in by 5:45pm to receive free pampers.


New Crib Program

ODB has partnered with Hope Network's Crib Program. Safe Sleep Video and Safe Sleep Training will be held at Our Daily Bread's Office. Pack N Play will be given out with completion of video and signed paper work. Mothers must schedule an appointment with Hope Network. Please call at 1-262-251-7333 to schedule an appointment.

Childcare Coordination (CCC)

Live Well, Be Well CCC provides on-going community referrals and resources after birth of baby. Theses referrals and resources consist of: clothing, employment, housing, food, health, social groups, and social events. Workers make regular home visits to ensure that mother and baby are well, have the needed resources, and live a healthy lifestyle. 

Community Free Pamper Program

Pampers are available on a monthly basis to mothers in need when funds are limited. Please call 414-755-0535 and leave a clear message with name and telephone number for appointment. Your call will be returned in 24-48 hours by a staff person

Location: Washington Park Library

2121 N Sherman Blvd-Upper Level

Time: 12:00pm to 3:00pm

Free community event for expecting mothers  and new mothers with child/children ages 0 to 36 months. Enjoy door prizes, food, soft music, and community resources. Participants will also be able to connect with our Community Partners and schedule appointments with them.
