A Better Me Mommy Group

The goal of A Better Me Support Group aim to support mothers virtually with community support, wellness challenges, self-care /self-love tips, substance abuse, healthy relationships, and much more. The group reduces unwanted stress and increase a healthy support system. The groups are facilitated by Our Daily Bread's team and community leaders, The meetings are held every 2nd & 4th Monday,

6:30pm - 7:15pm.

Attendance incentives consist of $30 Gift Card. Every participator's name will enter into a raffle for a gift card, with every visit. (Restriction applies)
