Prenatal Care Program Brochure

Live Well, Be Well PNCC provides assistance to expectant mothers who may experience high-risk pregnancies.  Mothers are monitored with regular home visits, directed to needed services such as education, medical appointments, WIC, housing, employment, referrals, etc.  The goal of PNCC is for mothers to be well established and equipped with baby items and training before their babies arrive.

The goal of A Better Support Group aim to support mothers virtually with community support, wellness challenges, self-care /self-love tips, substance abuse, healthy relationships, and  much more. The ultimate goal of the support group is to reduce unwanted stress and increase a healthy support system.  The  Support Groups are facilitated by Our Daily Bread's team  and will  meet every 2nd & 4th Monday, 6:30pm - 7:15pm.
